Through individual therapy, you will receive the help you need. Adjusting to think about yourself is foreign, so you will need guidance and compassion as prioritizing becomes a norm. Providing the support you need is where I come into the picture.

The choice between choosing you or choosing others must change. There is another way. Individual therapy helps you learn how to set boundaries and make choices beneficial to you and others.

Saying no when you can help can feel cold. I will offer a space where you can say yes to others without losing yourself. We will cover communication skills to prevent you from feeling bogged down with responsibility and resentment.
